Synerdev Inc. provides you with a Market Place type platform (Web, Mobile Application, etc.). In the following, the term HYPRASOFT refers to this platform. HYPRASOFT allows different users to exchange, collaborate, advertise and order products or services. HYPRASOFT ensures the smooth running of operations between the actors within the limits of its powers. HYPRASOFT is in no way responsible for the actions of any users, nor for the quality of the services exchanged. As a platform, HYPRASOFT regulates the relationships between users. For proper functioning, these rules may be modified at any time and without notice. HYPRASOFT may at any time exclude a user or restrict their actions without justification or notice. By connecting to HYPRASOFT, the user accepts these rules.

This policy specifies how HYPRASOFT collects, processes and stores personal information about you (“your information”) when you use the HYPRASOFT platform (application or website), whether you are a customer, a partner or simply a visitor.

Data collection is carried out for the sole purpose of operating the platform so that services are provided and paid for efficiently. Collection of data will also be done for statistical purposes and to improve the plateform. In some regions, for some services, data collection is an obligation of local authorities. In this case, as Partners, you are obliged to provide all the necessary authorizations to connect to these services.

By accessing the plateform or by downloading any of our application you accept all the terms and conditions of the present Privacy Policy.   8. details about the device you use to access HYPRASOFT, which may include your IP address or other unique device identifiers;

  10. any other information provided by you pursuant to your use of HYPRASOFT;

  12. we may also gather information about you from other sources, including but not limited to (1) credit reference agencies; (2) fraud prevention agencies; and (3) publicly available sources.

  We use Your Information in the following ways:

  1. in order to provide you with HYPRASOFT services including order and payment processing;
  2. your contact details may be used to notify you about changes to HYPRASOFT or respond to any communication or request from you;
  3. unless you have told us you do not want to receive marketing communications, to provide you with marketing communications about our products and services and those of third parties which we think may be of interest to you. This may also include marketing communications on social media platforms (including Facebook) used by you. You can ask us to stop sending you marketing communications by emailing us at pvp@synerdev.com or by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link in any marketing email we send you;
  4. to monitor the use of the HYPRA platform;
  5. to investigate any complaints or potential breaches of the service;
  6. for debt tracing, debt recovery, credit management and crime, fraud and money laundering detection and prevention;

  We never disclose Your Information without your explicit and manifest consent except pursuant to a court order or where required or allowed by law.

  We only disclose Your Information as follows:

  1. to our employees who have a legitimate purpose of using the information in order to perform the services;
  2. to any suppliers and subcontractors (including but not limited to Partners and payment providers) in order to perform the services;

  6. to help prevent fraud;

  You should take care when using any HYPRASOFT social networking features since the information you choose to make available can be seen by other users in the selected group. We do not monitor the use of such features in the normal course of business although we reserve the right to do so at our discretion.

Where we have given you or where you have chosen a password which enables you to access your account, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.

Although it is our commitment to do our best to protect Your Information, we cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted to the Service; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received Your Information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorized access.
