This policy explains how Hypra Pro. collects, processes and keep personal information about you (“Your Information”) when you use the Hypra Pro application or website (http://hypra.ca), whether you are a Partner.

The collection of data is done with the sole purpose of making the application work and that services and deliveries will be provided and paid for efficiently. Collection of data will also be done for statistical purposes and to improve the application. In some regions, for some services, data collection is an obligation of local authorities. In this case, as Partners, you are obliged to provide all the necessary authorizations to connect to these services.

If you have any questions about how we use Your Personal Information or have a complaint, please communicate with us via regular mail or e-mail. By accessing the Website http://hypra.ca or by downloading Hypra Pro’s application you accept all the terms and conditions of the present Privacy Policy. In particular, by submitting your personal data to us, you will be deemed to have given your permission for use and disclosures referred to herein.

If you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy, you must immediately cease using and accessing the Website and you shall delete Hypra Pro’s application from any device where it was installed.

• Collection of Your Information
  

  Credit Card information will be stored on the AuthorizeNet Payment Gateway;

  We may collect and process the following data about you:

  1. registration
  2. location data each time you put yourself online
  3. location data in background : you can still receive orders from us even if you are using another app on your device or if you turn off the screen
  4. the type of services provided, all your transactions;
  5. the details about any third party paying for the service;
  6. other data that you choose to provide to us;
  7. copy of correspondence, if you contact us,;
  8. details about the device you use to access Hypra Pro, which may include your IP address or other unique device identifiers;
  9. cookies information as specified hereinafter;
  10. any other information provided by you pursuant to your use of Hypra Pro;
  11. cookies information as set out hereinafter;
  12. we may also gather information about you from other sources, including but not limited to (1) credit reference agencies; (2) fraud prevention agencies; and (3) publicly available sources.
• Use of Your Information
  

  We use Your Information in the following ways:

  1. to provide the Hypra Pro services to you including processing payments;
  2. your contact details may be used to notify you about changes to Hypra Pro or respond to any communication or request from you;
  3. unless you have told us you do not want to receive marketing communications, to provide you with marketing communications about our products and services and those of third parties which we think may be of interest to you. This may also include marketing communications on social media platforms (including Facebook) used by you. You can ask us to stop sending you marketing communications by emailing us at info@hypra.ca or by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link in any marketing email we send you;
  4. to monitor the use of Hypra Pro’s application ;
  5. to investigate any complaints or potential breaches of the service;
  6. for debt tracing, debt recovery, credit management and crime, fraud and money laundering detection and prevention;
• Information which we may share with third parties
  

  We never disclose Your Information without your explicit and manifest consent except pursuant to a court order or where required or allowed by law.

  We only disclose Your Information as follows:

  1. to our employees who have a legitimate purpose of using the information in order to perform the services;
  2. to any suppliers and subcontractors (including but not limited to Partners and payment providers) in order to perform the services;
  3. if we are acquired by a third party, Your Information may be one of the transferred assets;
  4. To respond to valid and authorized information requests from domestic and international authorities;
  5. As permitted or required by law, to comply with laws, regulations, subpoena or court order;
  6. To help prevent fraud;
  7. unless you have told us that you do not want to receive marketing communications, to third parties engaged by us to provide you with marketing communications about our products and services. This may also include social media platforms (including Facebook) where we provide limited information about our users (e.g. their email address) to the social media platform so they can provide to us an anonymous demographic profile of our users with profiles on that platform to inform our targeted marketing activities on that platform; and

  You should take care when using any Hypra Pro social networking features since the information you choose to make available can be seen by other users in the selected group. We do not monitor the use of such features in the normal course of business although we reserve the right to do so at our discretion.

• Protection of Your Information
  

  All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers in the Quebec jurisdiction. Where we have given you or where you have chosen a password which enables you to access your account, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.

  The transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Unencrypted email is equally not secure. Although it is our commitment to do our best to protect Your Information, we cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted to the Service; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received Your Information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorized access.

  You have the right to request a copy of the Information that we hold about you. If you would like a copy of some or all of such information, please contact us. Reasonable charges will apply for copies and for the treatment of your demand.
